This is a fun, yet challenging workshop of arm-balances that is designed to teach you how to do various flying poses with the greatest of ease and comfort.
The workshop with Nathaniel will break down the basics and build your foundation to allow you to add these poses to your repertoire.
Learn how to make the body stronger, more flexible, and build balance away from the ground to find success.
The workshop will focus on the most popular arm balances taught in a typical Vinyasa environment: Crow Pose, Side Crow, Hurdlers, FireFly, Flying Pigeon and any additional requests! Modifications as well as advancements will be offered to allow all levels of yogis the chance to practice and grow together.
