VERNON, CT — A Manchester man is in custody on a quarter-million-dollar bond on three felony charges related to a violent incident in Vernon, police said. The incident took place on March 29, police said. Jason Rahm, 41, is accused of crawling through a window at a Gaynor Place home and assaulting a resident, according t0 a police report. Rahm was also charged with three misdemeanors, police said. The charges in total are: Home invasionFirst-degree burglary Second-degree assaultInterfering with police Interfering with an emergency call Second-degree unlawful restraint Disorderly conduct His initial bond was $150,000, but that was increased to $250,000 during a March 30 arraignment, records show. Rahm is due back in court on April 27, records show.
