Hi, I'm a new-to-me homeowner in Mesa, Recker and Broadway. I just bought an older mobile home (1977) and would like to do some improving. There are some soft spots in the floor that need attention and a low water pressure/flow issue in the kitchen. I'd like new kitchen cabinets (maybe a redesign to utilize the space better) as well as install a new toilet (firm flooring is an issue) and see if we can revamp the bathroom to flow a bit better, install a pocket door to eliminate crowding from the bedroom to the bathroom. Just a few things that I'm hoping to get done before I move in the first of May.
