Best Brunch Ever! Description: Turn up the Heat and say hello to the perfect balance of spicy, sweet, and salty in this Brunch cooking class. Menu to consist of Fried Egg, Prosciutto, & Red Pepper Jam Sandwich, Green Chili Breakfast Hash, and you will end the meal with a "sweet" surprise from the Chef, Hatch Chili Brownies with a cream cheese drizzle. Yummy! Cost for this class is $55/person. No refunds or exchanges if cancelled within 72 hours of event. Please notify us if you have any allergies. Adjustments can not be made during class. Know we will be taking all precautions regarding COVID-19 during the classes. Kitchen is completely sanitized before each class. Chef and staff are required to wear mask. Hand washing stations are located throughout the kitchen. We will ask that you allow your temperature taken upon entering the kitchen. This cooking class is an interactive demonstration/semi hands-on class. You will learn how to make all menu items in this class, be served a generous portion of each one, all while having a fun evening out in the kitchen!
