DALY CITY, CA — Edgar Cuesta, a 63-year-old man who was reporting missing after walking out of his care facility in Daly City last Thursday, was found on Monday, according to his family. Cuesta, who is 5-foot-5 and weighs 160 pounds, had last been seen wearing a camouflage hoodie and dark pants near the Serramonte neighborhood in Daly City on Thursday. He is nonverbal and hearing-impaired. According to the family, Cuesta has a significant limp and uses a walker. Please help find Edgar Cuesta. His family says he's been missing since April 1st and could be hurt and scared. He was last seen in Daly City. Police and family members have been searching. His family shared this video with me.
