Title: Warehouse/Driver Status: Non-Exempt General Summary Responsible for customer deliveries of equipment, parts/supplies and assist with daily warehouse operations as needed. Primary Duties and Responsibilities 1. Make local deliveries in box truck 2. Perform all warehouse duties including, but not limited to; receiving, stocking, shipping and delivery of product 3. Perform monthly cycle counts 4. Process warehouse transfers, both outgoing and incoming 5. Pull and load customer vehicles 6. Process, prepare and receive all product shipped via UPS Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required 1. Excellent attitude and commitment to superior customer service. 2. Must exemplify excellent verbal and communication skills, and tremendous attention to detail. 3. Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills. 4. Familiarity with HVAC products, parts and supplies. 5. Ability to multi task with ease and to meet deadlines with great accuracy Working Conditions 1. Office environment using office related computer equipment. 2. Frequently required to stand, walk and sit. 3. A year or more of proven Customer Service Excellence and/ or HVAC experience. 2. High School diploma. Reports To: Branch Manager/Operations Manager
