Become Nature and Stay Please join us as we host a free guided meditation at Sims Lake Park in Suwanee, GA. The meditation will be held outside, so please dress appropriately. You'll want to bring a blanket or something to sit on. We'll provide bottled water and have a live musical performance at 2:30, prior to the event. This meditation is for everybody, even if you have never done meditation before. So please come and join us as we celebrate nature and Georgia's beautiful spring weather! We look forward to seeing you there! We'll be observing social distancing practices and ask participants to wear a mask.
