Hi my friend is feeding 2 dogs who have been abandoned. They are both very sweet and they can be brought up to Fayetteville from South Arkansas. Yellow is a male and black is a female. Can anyone help? Desperately looking because they've been living in a ditch for 2 months with someone coming by to feed them.
