We need a permanent or fill-in guitarist who has experience in, or can easily navigate these genres; Blues,Country, Classic Rock, Southern Rock and some Americana and Indie Pop. The dates needed and pay per gig is shown below. We are a full-time, working band playing cover tunes and a few originals. Pre-covid average was 10 shows a month, now it's about 3-4/month but beginning to increase as more venues open up again. We play mainly in and around Austin, and Central Texas Hill Country areas etc. Occasionally we play bigger festivals in neighboring states. Our 1st big festival this year is in Arkansas in June. CURRENTLY AUDITIONING NOW ! To apply, please be a professional, pro gear, reliable transportation send a few decent quality video clips or audio clips and include a brief few lines history of your playing experience. We prefer if you can sing back-up vocals. Slide guitar a plus. If you like to sing lead vocals, we will gladly learn some of your tunes so that you can have more fun at the shows. Experience more important than age. Here are the upcoming gig dates needing guitarist:- May 14 // May 15 // June 4 // June 11 // June 19 // These gigs are in or around Austin and pay average $100 cash per show + food/drinks (some gigs pay $100+) June 26// in Arkansas, your pay is $450, your travel & lodging is covered We have other shows already booked July-Dec, but wanna get guitarist for these immediate shows. More shows being booked continually, as venues starting to open for live music. VERY IMPORTANT !! 1) Please send a few decent quality video clips or audio clips of some live shows OR of you playing elsewhere. 2) ONLY SERIOUS, EXPERIENCED MUSICIANS NEED APPLY! 3) PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO YOU IF YOU CAN DO ALL THE GIGS SHOWN HERE, WE PREFER TO NOT SPLIT THEM BETWEEN VARIOUS GUITARISTS IF POSSIBLE BUT WILL IF WE HAVE TO !! If selected, you can come sit in or visit any/all of our 4 upcoming April shows.
