Job Title: Sparkle Specialist Team: Operations Reports To: COO + Executive Assistant Compensation: $18.00/hr Status: Part Time (20-30 hours per week) Location: Primarily the Vazquez Household in Los Osos, with some work at the Pipsticks Studio in San Luis Obispo. Who we're looking for: An amazing Cleaner & Organizer! You're flexible, easy going, have a strong work ethic and the ability to proactively get stuff done. You have an eye for detail and love making things look spic and span! You are exceptionally detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once. You must have a positive attitude and thrive in a collaborative environment, be totally reliable, extremely detail oriented, and a visual perfectionist. On top of all that... you're nice, easy going, and can speak up when you don't dig the daily music or podcast we're listening to. It's a serious perk if you love stickers, crafting, or planning! Minimum qualifications: • High School Diploma • Flexible to work shifts Saturday - Sunday • Availability to work an average of 25 hours a week • Must have clear, direct, and professional written and oral communication skills • Highly dependable, self-starter, team player, positive attitude • Personal housekeeper experience a plus • Successful at multi-tasking, organization, and time management. • Can lift, push and carry up to 20 pounds and stand for long periods of time • Valid driver’s license • Reliable vehicle w/current insurance Position Details This unique position is responsible for handling day to day cleaning and household tasks for the Pipsticks Studio and Vazquez Household. Job tasks Include, but are not limited to: Pipsticks Office • Cleaning the Pipsticks Office 2-3 times per week • Weekly shopping for Pipsticks Office • Weekly plant watering Vazquez Household • Weekly laundry (wash, fold, put away) • Organize + Tidy kitchen, craft room, and kids room (2-3 days per week) • Weekly cleaning and linen changes • Assist with meal/food prep 2-3 days per week • Water plants when Mo is out of town • Personal errands and shopping for Vazquez household • Transporting Vazquez family members to and from appointments/school as needed Compensation This position pays $16.00 - $18.00 per hour depending on experience with a review at 3-months for a potential increase.
