Maintenance for pet boarding, daycare, and training facility, and the many other buildings on a 40 acre ranch.
Job includes a wide variety of hands-on tasks.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
This person should have hands-on experience/education in at least a few of the following areas:
Minor construction
Plumbing
Landscaping
Fabricating
Painting
Electrical
Bobcat experience is desirable
Preferred Skills
Friendly, Service Oriented, Team Player, Communicator, Self Directed, Mature, Manage Processes, Develop Standards, Promote Process Improvement, Inventory Control, Reporting.
Additional Notes
Position will be hourly. Total hours will be 40hrs/week.
Typical Work Week: Monday through Friday, 7am-4pm. One hour for lunch each day.
Days Off: Saturday, Sunday
15 Days of Paid Time Off & 4 Paid Holidays per year
