Tri State Facade Services is looking for skilled and unskilled laborers to wash windows, power wash, and much more. Tri State Facade specializes in high rise access for facade maintenance, including but not limited to window cleaning, power washing, caulking, sealant applications, and window installation. We are seeking qualified people in Boatswains chair, Suspended Scaffolding, and Aerial Boom Lift Operations. We also are willing to train the right person. We are looking for someone that takes safety seriously, takes pride in the work they do, follows direction, works well with others, has a clean drivers license, and presents themselves as a profesional. Pay is based on experience. Pay starts at $16.00 per hour with no experience, with potential to earn $20.00 per hour or more for the qualified individual. This is a full time position but will consider PT positions. Plenty of overtime available during the busy season. Occasional travel requested.
