There’s always room to grow. #1 Requirement is CONSISTENCY. You treat every job as if your doing YOUR RELATIVES property. Pay depends on performance and on position. Ground Laborers $10-12/hr. Laborers/Roof Laborers $13-20/hr. Amateur Shinglers $20-25hr. Roofers $26-35/hr.
