Ohio Basements Systems is looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our Team. Full-time The Warehouse Worker has a primary duty of daily warehouse activities including, but not limited to, pulling material orders, unloading trucks, operating a tow motor, inventory record keeping, signing out tools, keeping the warehouse clean, minor building maintenance and grounds keeping. Essential Job Functions Performs daily warehouse activities, including but not limited to, pulling material orders, unloading trucks, operating a tow motor, inventory record keeping, signing out tools, keeping the warehouse clean, minor building maintenance and grounds keeping. Performs daily cleaning and organization of the company's two warehouses Keeps a constant eye on product inventory levels and informs management if levels are low Organizes and maintains the warehouse tool and supply room. Has an attention to detail and accuracy Has regular and reliable on-site attendance. Necessary Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and other characteristics Knowledge of inventory and procurement practices Knowledge of best practices in warehousing Skill in operating a personal computer and programs Skill in verbal and written communication Ability to understand, speak, read and write in English Ability to handle a variety of tasks Supports the company's management, purpose, mission and values Education and experience High School diploma or GED preferred 2+ years of experience in warehousing, logistics, and/or inventory management; or A combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field A valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
