CLEVELAND — Every Saturday, masked customers can browse produce and locally-made goods at the newly reopened North Union Farmers Market in Shaker Square.
The Shaker Square market is open Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. The 30 minutes from 8 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. are reserved for customers 60 and older, and anyone who is immuno-compromised.
The Shaker Square market will offer fresh produce, meats, baked goods, dairy and other items to shoppers. Masks are mandatory for anyone attending the market, the North Union Farmers Market group said.
Organizers are also limiting the number of attendees who can shop at one time. Patrons are asked to keep 6 feet of distance between themselves.
No dogs are allowed at the market during this time.
