Description
Press release from the Davis Joint Unified School District:
April 05, 2021
We are so excited to have students back on DJUSD campuses for in-person learning! Please review the DJUSD In-Person Instruction Health and Safety and Informed Consent letter (available in Spanish here) for information on required health and safety training for families and guidance on District practices for keeping our DJUSD community safe.
This letter includes instruction regarding daily self-screening for signs and symptoms of illness, staying home when sick, face coverings, handwashing, physical distancing, and limiting sharing. Your students will receive similar education on their first day back on campus. The letter also includes an Informed Consent, confirming that you have received all required training. This should be signed and turned in to your student's school site before or on their first day of school.
If you have any questions regarding the content of the letter, please contact your site administrator or school nurse.
