Join Tunaskin and Jayme Nagle from Heart Space Yoga Collective for an hour-long sunset yoga session on Fort Myers Beach! Join us for Savasana at Sunset, an hour-long yoga session on the beach led by local yoga instructor, Jayme Nagle from Heart Space Yoga Collective. All skill levels and able bodied health conscious individuals are invited to join as we will be using breathing techniques, exercise, and meditation to improve health and happiness. Check-in will start at 6:15pm and will be held at the Tunaskin store at 1300 Estero Blvd. on Fort Myers Beach before walking out to the beach. More about instructor, Jayme Nagle, RYT 200, PT: Jayme is the founder and owner of Yoga with Jayme, LLC and Heart Space Yoga Collective in Fort Myers, FL. Her 4+ years of training all over the US has provided her with a variety of experiences and perspectives. Among other practices she specializes in trauma sensitive yoga, with certifications from Yoga Fit Warriors as well as Warrior Kids. Trained in Yoga Therapy, she teaches public classes and volunteers with the Fort Myers Vet Center teaching yoga to Veterans with PTSD. Her classes focus on flows that are accessible and mindful awakening mind, body and spirit. She offers small group private and public sessions, including Beach Yoga and Mimosa on Sundays morning, 9:30 am, at Shucker’s At The Gulfshore. Jayme is available for individually tailored one-on-one session and is also a Licensed Physical Therapist working with adults, children, and families.
