"Spring is here & what better way start the season with a lite-brunch, mimosas and some flower power !!" Greetings & Welcome, • This floral workshop is completed with everything you need to have a great start to Spring 2021 !! There will be music, food, drinks and tons of flowers and greenery to help build a bouquet with you and your friends. We encourage you to use as much stems as you can fit in your vase !! • This workshop is open to all levels of flower artists. Whether you are a beginner or professional, our workshop is designed for making memories that you can hold dearly to your hearts. Music will paint the background so that you feel comfortable and yet, inspired. Food & drinks will be the needle and thread that weaves you into a moment where conversations now become connections, forming a memory that is crafted all by friendships and laughters. This beautiful historic building that dates back to 1910 was once a storage and maintenance facility for TECO streetcars and is sitting at the heart of downtown. Armature Works or AW, is a Food Hall and Event Venue that offers a great selection of food with an addition to a rooftop bar (M.Bird) and 2 Restaurants. (Steelbach, Oak & Ola) Not only do they offer great food and incredible venue space, you can even catch an Indie Flea Market and a Heights Night Public Market, once a month where the locals come together and support each other and sell from handmade products to vintage finds ! With their perfect location, you can catch paddle boarding on the river or even take a stroll on the riverwalk while enjoying some breeze & sun !! • Armature Works Link • 1910 N Ola Ave, Tampa, FL 33602 Important Information • Arrival + Check In. Please arrive 15 Minutes before your ticket time to be checked in & assigned a seat. • Parking. Armature Works offers parking to guests for a small fee. You can find parking lots located around the building. First Lot located to the East (closest to Show+Tell) Second Lot is North (behind AW but in-front of "The Pearl" Apartments) Third Lot is right off of the Second Lot, West. ($5.00 Parking Unless Otherwise) • Please be thoughtful. We ask that you are considerate when choosing your flowers, greenery & food. We would like for everyone to get a chance to try one thing so that they can experience the workshop to its full potential. • Please be aware & practice social distancing, to the best of your abilities. We understand the workshop space is limited but want to promote this to ensure everyones safety. • Please wear your mask. This is a requirement when attending class & we advise that these are the times when you NEED to wear your mask... - standing up - walking - entering the workshop - leaving the workshop - taking photos inside the workshop The only time when you are ALLOWED to take off your mask, is when you are seated. A little about us...hello there, we are F I V (pronounced "5") or Flowers, Inspirations & Vibes & we have dedicate our hearts to flower appreciation and design. we believe that every flower has a meaning and story, that go untold and are on a path to tell their tales !! just like human beings, we come in every shades of color & any shapes of fibers & cells. we smile like sunflowers do. we hurt each other like thorns on roses do. sometimes, just like jasmines - we bloom best at night where maybe we are to shy to be in daylight, where people are watching... this language that we are still learning, is an art we love to teach to others so they get a better understanding and appreciation for that, even the smallest things in life, can be so beautiful and have the biggest impact on our hearts with a story, with a meaning behind it. thus, this is what it means to live in the present. to appreciate our surroundings & allowing ourselves to be inspired.
