Need someone to do my brakes for cheap

My brakes are severely wore. Just need front ones done. Left front needs everything including rotor. Right front is apparently seized that's what the mechanic said anyway. But right one shouldn't need rotor. Don't have alot of money they quoted me an outrageous amount of money. Any leads or help would be greatly appreciated.
