Maintenance man needed to work on single family homes We have an immediate openings for a maintenance man. To qualify you must have: * A minimum of 1 year experience. * Be familiar with single family home repair work. * Be dependable, reliable and be willing to learn. * Have your own transportation -- Preferable a Work Van. * Have your own hand tools. This person must be able to perform general maintenance on single family homes for move ins and general maintenance in occupied homes. This is a full-time position.
