Need help with pool today and a vehicle

I need someone to come and move my huge 20ft pool (vinyl) above ground. Move it to the middle of my yard, clean it out and level the ground it's going back on. I didn't do this the first time and am so stupid I ot tiles under the legs to keep them from sinking (I don't want to talk about that, obviously the tiles broke immediately after puting water in the pool😂) Also need help with truck. I have a 2003 toyota tundra with a differential that's leaked all the oil out of my differential. I've paid several so called "certified mechanics", last one even gave me a a year warranty (which i'm working on right now because I know where he works and i'm reporting him) so basically the drain plug was stripped. Long story short (it is a very long story........all I need is someone to rig it up to keep the oil inside the differential. Whatever you have to do. Use a drill. Nothing is keeping it in Please see pictures. If you can prove after driving it that the oil isn't leaking from the drain plug anymore, please name your price.
