Rehab company looking for contractors that know how to do the following;
· Interior, Exterior Paint
· Laminate, Vinyl, and Wood Floor Install
· Subfloor Install
· Sheetrock, Tape, and Mud
· Fan and Light Fixture Install
· Cabinet Install
· Countertop Install
· Wall Texturing
· Toilet, Sink, and Faucet Install
· Window Install
· Exterior Paneling is a plus
· Plumbing and Electrical is a plus
· Tile is a plus
We need contractors that want to get started on work asap. We do a steady volume of flips, and rentals a month, and need dependable contractors to help. All our properties will have a deadline that will need to be met, so when a bid is given to us, we will need to know how long it will take you and your crew to finish.
