Pay: $11.35-11.77 Job Functions We are looking for Cherry Picker Operators Must be able to work around big machinery. Equipment is sensitive, so treat it with respect and tactfulness or fines Must be able to work in a warehouse/ manufacturing setting Must be able to lift minimum up to 30 lbs. and not be afraid of heights Basic math skills are required Ability to stand for lengthy periods of times Must be mechanically inclined (Work with: Resisters, Capasitors, Inductors) Will work with very small parts and Must be able to identify colored items Must be able to Follow Verbal or Written Procedures/ Instructions Must Not Assume and should ask questions if you don't know how to do something or if you are unsure ASK Must take initiative and be proactive/ Must meet goals and exceed them (We need GO GETTERS) & (TEAM PLAYERS) Ability to work fast pace while providing quality work and being Safety Cautious For immediate consideration contact: Balance Staffing Mayra Parra- 915-213-8316
