Location: Sherman Oaks Schedule: 10:30- 6:30pm with Fall hours being 11am – 7pm. Compensation: $30 an hour (net) plus OT MUST BE OPEN TO A WEEKLY COVID TEST AND TO WORKING IN A MASK TO START! An amazing and fun loving family in Sherman Oaks is seeking a highly trained Jill or Jack of All trades — a true switch army knife who can accomplish a lot. We seek someone who is high functioning, hyper organized – and thoroughly enjoys doing this kind of work. The current assistant, who has been a GEM, is moving.. There are 2 kids 14 and 11— SO must be kid friendly as well as animal friendly as they have a dog. Both parents are very busy working so the ideal person can fix issues before they occur. Organize the house daily and just ensure things are tidy On time, accountable, honest and trustworthy Extremely detail oriented Respectful, well mannered and polite Work with the housekeeper who comes twice a week Manage after school needs regarding ensuring home-work is completed as well as unpacking backpacks, lunches and preparing for the next day Laundry for kids Shop for groceries/household needs/ clothing, gifting, etc. (at the grocery store/instacart/Amazon/ etc) Drop off and pick up dry cleaning, run errands, etc. Oversee home improvements (and coordinate handymen when needed): Assist with keeping track of kids’ school needs/activities/sports Help with party planning Take care of dog, vet, groomer etc. Research as needed Assist with vacation and camp packing etc. Holiday organization, packing
