Washing Raccoons is a professional Window Cleaning and Exterior Building Maintenance Contractor; including retail locations, office buildings, malls and residential houses. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation or we can provide company vehicles, SSN, and a valid driver’s license to be considered for employment. Job Qualifications Applies with minimum 2 years experience only, Los Angeles area residence, Clear background / drug test, Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent, Minimum 21 years of age, IRATA / SPRAT certification preferred, NDT/ NDE Certification preferred, Must have a capacity for work at height, Sufficient personal mobility and physical reflexes, with or without reasonable accommodations to perform office duties and travel when necessary to off-site locations, Ability to maintain focus and multitask effectively, Ability to work in team and cooperate, Ability to work without direct supervision, Exhibits sensible and responsible behavior, High learning ability, morale, work ethics.
