The Landscape Lead has landscaping/plant knowledge and can envision and execute projects for our clients. 40+ Hours/Week Job Responsibilities: Meet with potential clients to discuss garden and landscape designs Provide on-site labor for all landscape projects Oversee project progression and aid in timely project completion Generate price estimates for projects Offer guidance and training to new crew members Job Requirements: At least one year of professional lawn care experience Knowledge in both landscaping and plant materials Have a creative vision Personalities we look for: Our ideal candidate possesses substantial leadership qualities and feels comfortable training new landscapers. Candidate must be genuine in all customer interactions. We need a receptive people person equipped with interpersonal rapport, strong communication skills, and an easygoing attitude.
