Seeking a hard working, full time maintenance person. Must have customer service skills, organizational skill. (Nice to have: some HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing skills. ) Duties include but are not limited to: Apartment service requests and turnovers Maintain the grounds, amenities, and other common areas Swimming pool maintenance Scheduling, coordination and oversite of vendors Drywall repairs/replacement Painting Cleaning of common areas Documenting completion of service requests and turnovers Requires clean DMV/Criminal background, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. Must be able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally. Must be self-motivated and able to walk, climb stairs/ladders, and lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis. Send resume for consideration.
