Kevins Car Wash in Lincoln is Hiring! Full Time and Part Time options available NO COLLEGE DEGREE REQUIRED High volume, fast paced and high energy car wash seeks salespeople with experience in customer service and great people skills to sell Monthly Unlimited memberships to customers who come into our car wash. This is an outside position at our location, in all types of weather. Sales experience is preferred for associates but not required. Assist our valued customers in their car wash purchase and ensuring the customers’ needs are not only met but exceeded. Successfully promote the Kevin’s Car Wash brand and reputation of being the friendliest car wash in town. Team Player who exceeds sales goals Reaching and continuously striving to exceed personal sales goals set in partnership with management. COMPENSATION Guaranteed $ 20 hr. during 4 weeks of training! (Hourly rate plus sales commissions) AVERAGE SALES STAFF EARNS $ 24.62 HR Benefits Include: Flexible Scheduling/Overtime Available Paid Training Paid Time Off (PTO) (1 Week after 1 year) Opportunity to advance in the company with 23 locations. Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies. Record customer information within our customer service database Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns. Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies. Other duties as requested.
