Breadsmith of Wilmington is hiring for a Farmer's Market Sales Associate to be a representative of Breadsmith at 3 different Farmer's Markets each week. The job is for Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday from 4 am until around 2:30 pm for the 3 days a week. The job will include bagging the breads that are marked to be taken and packing them in coolers and tubs. Loading a van and going to the Market where you will sit up tables and a tent to display the bread. You are responsible for the sales of the bread. You will load the van when the market is over and return any bread to the stores. This is not a job where you can just sit around and read a book or play on your phone. We need someone that will sell. That is the reason we will offer incentive bonuses for the position. Must be able to lift 50 pounds and have a good personality. Must be friendly and able to sell the bread. You will be looking at 30 to 33 hours a week. The market season runs from May through end of September with one of them running until December.
