SPECTRUM/NORTHSTAR GROUP is hiring! Make Ready Technician - 400+ units, Carrollton 75007 area Growing real estate management and investment firm specializing in multifamily housing, seeks top-notch Make Ready Technician. For over 18 years we have invested and provided property management services for over 8,500 apartment units and we are actively growing to 10,000+ units. This position will assist the Lead Maintenance diagnose and perform major, minor and routine maintenance/repairs as well as provide exceptional customer service to the community's residents. The Community is in the Carrollton area and is approximately 400+ units. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Pick up ground and make sure the property looks clean • Trash out units for make ready products • Make ready and painting apartments as necessary • Assist in preventative maintenance • Maintain organization of the Maintenance work shop • Have a positive attitude and maintain safety while at work • Willing to be On-Call • Other duties may be assigned at various times Required Skills & Experience: • 1+ years previous residential apartment lead maintenance experience • HVAC/EPA certification is preferred • Background in HVAC, building, mechanical skills, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, make readies, etc. • Must have own tools • Knowledge in pools and irrigation a plus • Excellent customer service skills • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required • Successful completion of drug and criminal background screens prior to employment are required. • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred For immediate consideration, please email reply with your resume along with salary requirements.
