Position Title: Bird Control Tech Duration: full-time / part-time Salary or Salary Range: $15 Starting (Paid Training) Company Background: - Bird Control and Solar Panel Cleaning. - At Peak Services, we take care of customers who have bird issues and a need for solar panel after care. Our goal is to make sure customers are satisfied with our work and take care of their needs. - www.PeakServices.com Position Summary: - Your responsibility is to first train under our lead tech and learn how to work with the various processes and methods of bird control and solar panel after care. - The primary work are bird control material installation, installing bird guards on solar, cleaning bird mess and solar panels. Responsibilities: - Learn the trade from our lead tech. - Assess the bird problem and come up with a plan of action. - Explain to the customer your finds and explain how we plan to take care of their issue. - After the assessment, move forward with the servicing and make sure the customer is satisfied with the completed work. - Make sure the equipment used are taken care of and report to management for anything required for upcoming jobs. - Upload all notes, photos and any information regarding jobs in our CRM. - Driving company work vehicles to job site and back. Requirements: - Clean driving record. - Able to work on roofs. - Immaculate attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills. - Team Player. - Punctuality. - Basic knowledge of working with iPads / iPhones.
