Help with F350

Hello Rhode Island. Im hoping to talk with and meet a mechanic who is open to receiving payment by means of help, physical labor, odd & end jobs etc, as I am currently unemployed due to covid. For example, a month ago I needed assistance with my RV and a very kind woman offered to help and in exchange, she wanted a tree removed from her backyard to which I happily agreed to help with. This is the kind of arrangement I'm hoping to work out with someone whose knowledgeable with trucks. So I have a 2007 F350, diesel truck that shakes at the steering wheel when driving, especially up and down hills. The problem started off as a small tremor here and there at the wheel but has grown into shaking violently at the wheel and bottom of the truck, especially on the highway. Other than that, the truck has no other issues. So if you're a mechanic or someone whose knowledgeable with trucks and open to a work for work situation, I'd like to speak with you please.
