I need monthly cleanings on the inside/outside such as hallways, basements, outdoor sidewalks, emptying garbage containers/cleaning garbage areas and laundry room monthly and apartment cleanings when needed. The building is located on Wood Street near Chicago Avenue in the Ukrainian Village neighborhood. I would like to have an experienced local person that does not overcharge $$$ and is dependable and shows up on time. I hope there is such a person.
