I am looking to for one person for regular cleaning at our Airbnb's. No cleaning companies or other businesses needed. This is on going steady work and it should be 30-40 hours a week. This is stress free work in well cared for places. I need someone with somewhat of a flexible schedule because check in/outs can land on any day of the week. Sundays are an absolute must while Saturday is usually not. This is kind of an estimate of what the hours would look like for a week, I repeat an estimate: Monday 11-4 Tuesday 11-4 Wednesday 11-4 Thursday 11-4 Friday 10-6 Saturday Off Sunday 10-6 Pay is negotiable, NOT based on experience, but based on how well of a job you do. I will start at $12/hr but if you do well I will raise it. I also have more work available such as painting and other tasks that rental properties need. You can have any days off that you want as long as you give me a weeks notice. You do not need prior experience cleaning. You do not need to have any of your own supplies as I keep them on site. You MUST have reliable transportation and the most important qualities I look for are reliability and the ability to follow thru and complete tasks by there deadlines. A quick overview of responsibilities and work required Cleaning of entire house or apartment. This includes but not limited to dusting/cleaning of fans, windows, counter tops, furniture, bath/shower, toilet, floors, and taking out the trash. Also 1 or 2 loads of laundry is also required to be washed dried and put away and that includes remaking of the beds. Minor repairs and more detailed cleaning as needed.
