Rehoming two cockatiels

If you could let me know what rules I'm breaking instead of flagging this that would be great. I'm just trying to find a better life for these guys. I'm rehoming two cockatiels with their cage, both were rescued from different situations where they were mistreated and unwanted but I want them to go to a home where someone will enjoy their company more. I've had them for about 4 years, one is very old (24+) and the other is probably middle aged (more than 12). The middle age one will need another friend when his older buddy dies and I'm thinking of the future and wanting him to have a home with more friends so that if his buddy passes he won't be lonely and I won't be in the perpetual bird replacing situation any longer. I'm asking for a $50 rehoming fee, I am not in a rush to rehome them and will wait until the right person applies to make sure they are safe. Currently they are on a seed / pellet diet but one does get fruit. The older fellow refuses to eat anything but seed. The middle aged one has a very fun personality and loves to sing to dogs/cats but does not enjoy being handled.
