Shared practice space seeking band

My band shares a practice space in Ballard, next to the Substation music venue (Corners of 8th and 44th by Leary Way). A band is currently in the process of moving out, so we are looking for a band to join to take their place. Here is some information to help you decide if this is a good fit for you: The building offers 24-hour faab/keycode access. We share a drum kit; you use your own snare, kick, cymbals. The room has a PA. We do not share a microphone (Covid!) There is a modest amount of storage space (metal shelves). No drum storage, however. We pay rent electronically (Venmo, Paypal) We have a large whiteboard. We coordinate scheduling on the TimeTree app. We have a group Whatsapp chat to communicate. The room has cool decorations and lights (who wants to be creative in a space with no vibe?) The room is clean! (Really though, who wants to share a gross, dirty room?) Please contact for pricing.
