Witness to accident February 21,2021

Hi, I was in a car accident on 2/21/21, 8 AM. Intersection on Pine and Shasta St, in downtown Redding. Afterward, a middle aged gentleman approached me as I was sitting on the curb. He witnessed the other driver running the red light, but left before the police got his contact information. I really could use his testimony, the insurance is trying to deny liability. Please help me locate my only witness!
