After 18 years I am looking to expand my window cleaning company into a multi-crew company by summer 2022. Since 2003 I have been building up a great customer base in the south Denver Metro. Currently 4 Seasons Window Cleaning works on over 800 houses a year and could do more if I had more help. It’s a good problem to have, but demand for my services have far outstripped my ability to keep up. For most of 2020 I was booked out least 6 weeks. I want to find people who want to and would like to be a part of this opportunity to find more than a job but a good career in cleaning residential windows. Training time will be paid at an hourly rate of $13-20 based on residential window cleaning experience. Once trained, pay will be based on a % of the gross. 2 years of residential window cleaning experience is preferred but I can teach almost anyone with the right attitude and physical skill-set to do this in a few months. Must haves: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Pass a background check Able to move, and work with ladders that weigh between 50-75 pounds Attributes that make a person a great fit for this job: Good agility and balance make working off an extension ladder much easier. The ability to enjoy working outside in all Colorado has to offer weather-wise. Positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a team. Being able to work a physically demanding job. Endurance activities are great training for this job. Long days cleaning windows are a lot like a long day on the trail but with better pay. Someone who is motived by the fact they will be paid as a % of gross and would be interested in a position that could lead to being a crew leader in 2022. Being able to budget yourself is important. This job has a 10 month busy season and 2 month slow season. 40-45 hours a week during busy time. 25-30 hours during slow time. 6 days a week twice a month during busy season.
