Self-Storage Facility in Denver, CO is looking for a motivated and dependable person to fill a Maintenance role for a Self-Storage facility in Denver. Self-Storage experience is preferred but not required.
Job duties include all aspects of property maintenance, including: Drywall, General Maintenance and Repairs, Lighting Repairs or Replacement, Door and Lock/Latch Repairs, Painting, and Landscaping.
In addition to property-related work, responsibilities include being able to work both inside and outside doing maintenance work (i.e. cleaning of units, picking up trash and debris, pulling weeds, mowing grass, sweeping hallways and grounds, minor repair issues, touch up painting, etc.)
Our ideal candidate must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well with the public. The right candidate should possess good time management skills and have the ability to solve problems in a courteous and timely manner. Ideal candidate should have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Must be able to pass a complete background check, have a valid U.S. Driver’s License and a bank account for payroll direct deposit. Reliable transportation is required. Starting hourly pay depends on experience and is in the $16 - $18/hour range.
