If you have experience working in groundskeeping/landscaping, enjoy working outdoors and are looking to work for a company with strong stability look on further we have the job for you! A Groundskeeper is someone who is physically fit, enjoys spending time outdoors, and not afraid of a little dirt to provide regular care for an apartment community. The main objective of the Groundskeeper is to ensure upkeep of the property, buildings, and grounds. Responsibilities: • Grooming of the property • Collection and disposal of trash • Assist in the movement of appliances when needed • Water flowerbeds and community plants • Clean community common areas (i.e. pools, gazebos, etc.) Qualifications: • All service personnel are required to have a personal set of general tools • be able to lift up to 80 pounds • be able to push/pull up to 200 pounds • have reliable transportation We offer competitive salaries, excellent benefits, education reimbursement and a generous 30% discount on rent!
