Warehouse Worker Job Overview: To assist in the day to day operations within warehouse department. Supporting the Manager with processes of the warehouse such as pulled, checked, packed and transported inventory. Works under the direction of the Manager to ensure that the correct inventory is being delivered and set up on each new unit and restage. Responsibilities and Duties: 1. As part of the warehouse team you will pull furniture from inventory, load the trucks, deliver and set up furniture & housewares to our properties 2. Maintain quality of standards as put forth by The Hennessey Group 3. Confirm deliveries are completed in a timely manner 4. Assist with the maintenance on all company vehicles 5. Confirms vehicles are clean and organized 6. Follow warehouse and transportation safety regulations at all times 7. Ensures all warehouse equipment is organized and accounted for and in good working order 8. Assist with monthly manual Inventory counts 9. Maintain the warehouses where furniture is housed including cleaning & wrapping/protecting all furniture and putting inventory away daily 10. Carries out the schedule as depicted from the Manager as it pertains to the warehouse department 11. Assist with the maintenance and cleaning of dirty furniture & housewares brought to warehouse 12. Performs all other duties as assigned Qualifications: 2-4 years’ experience in a warehouse setting Must be able to drive a delivery vehicle Must be able to lift between 50-75 lbs. Must have clean driving record $15.00 per hour - Hourly position - full benefits package including company paid health insurance, optional dental & vision insurance, paid holidays, PTO & vacation
