Porter / Maintenance Helper

Looking for a reliable, dependable porter/ maintenance helper. Porter will be responsible for keeping the common areas of the interior and exterior of the building/ property clean and free of debris and assisting with maintenance engineers as needed. Ability to operate janitorial equipment and to be able to identify cleaning products and proper usage Ability to complete a daily cleaning checklist Ability to identify and communicate needed repairs and replacements to Resident property manager Physical requirements: Constant need to to be on feet Have constant need to perform the following physical activities: Bend/stoop/squat/kneel Climb stairs Push or pull Reach above the shoulder Climb ladders Grasp/Grip/Turning Lifting/carrying (supplies, blower, ladders, etc) 40 hours per week.
