We are looking for a dynamic, reliable, honest, and trustworthy handyman to work with our team and provide top notice service. Our company is growing and we're only looking for the very best handyman talent. Do you have the following skills: -Framing -Drywall Repair & Patching -Sanding, Prepping, Priming, Painting walls (DC lead certified a plus) -Installing cabinets, windows, doors, & flooring -Installing appliances & faucets (plumbing a plus) -Able to operate typical hand and power construction tools -Carpentry skills such as installing laminate, LVP, hardwood flooring -Gutter cleaning Qualifications: - 3 to 5 years minimum experience preferred -Must be reliable -Strong communication skills -Great work ethic -Must follow all working safety guidelines -Ability to safely lift 60 pounds Requirements: -Must speak english proficiently -Must be willing to submit to background check -Good driving record with no at-fault accidents -Must have a valid driver’s license -Must have a car -Must be able to drive to various projects in Maryland, DC, and Virginia Working Days: Monday (Required) Tuesday (Required) Wednesday (Required) Thursday (Required) Friday (Required) Saturday (Every other Saturday Required) -JWHI will pay an hourly rate base on experience -We will also compensate for driving your vehicle from job to job -Employee will be paid for approved holidays and earned vacation time
