Seeking laborer for landscape/hardscape installation company. - Full time 35-50 hours per week/paid weekly - Training pay $15/hr with raise to $18 after 30 days. For hard working, on time, attention to detail, self motivated, candidate expect $20+ very quickly. - Paid vacation and holidays after 6 months - Tips and performance bonuses - Room for promotion to lead positions - Good background and driving record. I believe in 2nd chances. That being said, if you're a thief, drug addict, etc, don't waste my time. If you got caught drinking alcohol at 19, well, we were all kids once. Everyone has a past, we are looking for someone who wants to build a future. - Reliable transportation - Respectful. We treat others property like our own. Pick up trash, even if another company left it. Go the extra mile to make it right. Yes ma'am, yes sir, please and thank you. - Work ethic. You must have enough self worth to know how to work and not give up. I will sweat beside you from sun up to sun down when I have to. You must be a person who prides yourself as a hard worker. We are looking for someone who seeks to be part of a long term team. Someone who wants to work hard and be rewarded for it.
