Job Description MarineMax Sail & Ski Center, a nationally recognized award-winning high volume boat dealership and service center, is seeking a dependable, hard working and motivated individual to join our team of Boat Detail Technicians at our Austin location. ABOUT THE JOB : Work hours are 9 am - 6 pm, Monday through Saturday. The perfect candidate will be dependable, hard working, and prepared to work outside in the elements when needed. On the job duties include washing, waxing, deep cleaning, lifting, and moving boats in & around our dealership. Other duties may include boat transportation, assisting customers with specific needs, maintaining our building and facility, and helping other departments as needed. No experience necessary for the perfect candidate. We provide on the job training and dedicate time and energy to educating our employees. Starting pay is based on experience. Pay range is $13.00 - $16.00 per hour. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Strong work ethic Great attitude. Valid Texas Driver License. Punctual, reliable applicants who can commit to a 6-day work week are strongly preferred. Some schedule flexibility exists for the perfect candidate. Experience in auto or boat detailing is preferred. Experience with fork lift operation is a plus! Job Type: Full-time Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
