We have an immediate opening for an experienced maintenance worker for apartment complexes in or near Madison/ West Madison. This position is full time M-F with occasional nights and weekends for "On Call" emergencies. Requirements include but are not limited to the following: Experience, your own vehicle with insurance, tools, a valid drivers license, ability to lift and carry up to75 pounds, ability to climb a ladder up to 25 feet high, a working cell phone for work communications, and to live within 25 miles of the West Side of Madison. The perfect candidate will have good communication skills, be able to work alone and with a team, not pet allergies or other hindering conditions that would preclude entering facilities to do work, and the ability to trouble shoot problems.
