Do NOT NOT rent from PMC rentals or work with the lady from there by the name of Kay. We moved into a rental through them and ended up moving less than 1 month later. There not willing to fix anything. She will try and make you look bad. She runs the wrong information on people, she miss spells your last name. She writes the wrong money amounts on everything. She does not do her job and should not have her job. She likes to argue and try to do things that are not legal. She is renting a home for someone right now its N1877 Hagen Rd lacrosse wi. We were just paying $1200 nothing included 2 weeks ago and now they have it listed for $1300. P.s. They have done nothing to it or updated nothing since we moved out March 31st 2021. There is evidence of mice, etc. The house needs a lot of work including yard clean up and clean up of dog poop etc. When you ask for something to be fixed that's important to keep house functioning they ask for you to end your lease. The yard front and back floods every time it rains. It turns into a pond. None of the doors or windows open or shut correctly. Don't waste your time with this company or her. You have been WARNED P.s. They will loose your rent money. We paid with money orders for a reason. There secretary took it along with giving us receipts. Than they lost it and tried telling us they were taking it out of our security deposit. HELLLOOOOO NO IM SORRY thats not the way it works!!!!! We got copies from your office. Can't just do what ever you want B****.
