General Labor Help Needed

Need general labor help to assist with yardwork, light cleaning, etc. at unoccupied properties we manage. Not a lot of work, just need someone off and on as needed. You may be needed weekdays or weekends, but again, only part time as needed. Pays $15/hr + gas reimbursement if job is more than 15 miles away from your home city. You’ll get paid at end of each day worked. You need to have your own dependable transportation and you need to be available upon a moment’s notice. When we call you’ll probably be needed the next day, so please keep this in mind before responding to our ad. Our coverage area is within a 50 to 75 mile radius of South Bend, though most work will be closer rather than farther.
