Lead Project Manager –
Greenscape Geeks is a sustainable landscape design and installation company. We are looking for a proactive General Manager to perform high-level management, oversee the companies' day-to-day operations and manage all staff. Responsibilities include but not limited to; budgeting/estimation, marketing, sales tracking, human resources, accounting and strategic planning, materials purchasing and delivery, project management, and supplier communication. This person should proactively develop and propose processes, procedures and programs in all areas of operations. Compensation includes base salary plus commission and bonuses on projects.
REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION:
5+ years of crew management in landscaping or a related field.
Demonstrated leadership abilities
Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office
Ability to manage and motivate a staff of 10+ individuals.
Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a degree in business administration, finance, human resources, economics, or a closely related field preferred
Excellent administrative, interpersonal, leadership, multi-tasking, follow-up, and communication skills
Ability to interface with all levels of personnel both internally and outside the company
Working knowledge of finance, human resources, and sales and marketing
Demonstrated skill in planning, directing, and administering company operations
Skill in preparing written reports and making verbal presentations
Willingness to learn and continuously improve
