Production Team Member for a screen printing shop Experience would be great, but not necessary. We will train you. Main job will be a Screen Reclaimer - clean, prep and burn screens. After screens are complete for the day, the team member will assist with printing, catching shirts, and will keep a clean work space. * The ability to learn to operate screen printing equipment. * Must be reliable, responsible, dependable and able to fulfill obligations. * Must be capable of sitting, standing, and walking for an extended period of time. * The ability to follow directions and being careful about detail is extremely important. * Participate in educational opportunities. * Must be able to read English, count accurately, do simple math. * Examining and inspecting stock items for defects and reporting damage. * Required to lift and carry loads of up to 25-50 pounds on a frequent basis. * Ensures a clean, neat and orderly work area, cleans and maintains supplies, tools and equipment to ensure compliance with safety regulations. * The candidate must be capable of working independently, as well as in support of other team members.
